TACFlux® 025-NP is the rework flux for Sn63/Pb37, Pb-free, and high lead-bearing alloys in an air or inert gas reflow atmosphere. TACFlux® 025-NP provides excellent wetting in air or nitrogen atmospheres. The flux and flux residue are halogen-free per IEC61249-2-21
