Many applications require a solder that reflows below 180°C. This can be due to the components being soldered or the operational temperature of the final product. Our Low-Temperature Pb-Free Solder Paste Research Kit allows you to evaluate any two alloys in a side-by-side comparison to determine the optimum paste for your application.

The powder is Type 3 and the paste is packaged in syringes with plastic pistons or thumb plungers for easy application.
