With so many applications requiring reflow temperatures less than 200°C it is hard to identify the best solder for your application. This Low Temperature Wire Solder Research Kit contains a variety of bismuth and indium-contained wire in 0.030” (0.76mm) that reflow between 118 – 157°C for you to test. The kit also contains two fluxes – one for use with indium-contained solders (TACFlux® 012) and another for use with bismuth-contained solder (TACFlux® 057).
